A brand new theatrical trailer for Star Wars – The Clone Wars arrived recently with the release date for the movie set to August 15, 2008.
This story takes place between Star Wars Episode II: Attack of the Clones and Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith.
The Clone Wars is raging on between the Separatists and the Galactic Republic. However when Jabba the Hutt’s Son is taken by a group of renegades. Two Jedi are summoned to look further into this matter. Anakin Skywalker and Obi-Wan Kenobi depart in search of answers on where the Hutt’s son is and who this mysterious renegade group is working for. Before leaving Yoda sends Ahsoka Tano as Anakin’s apprentice. Obi-Wan encounters a duel between Asajj Ventress. Anakin finds himself dueling Count Dooku once more. However, the Sith have plans to create a three-way war, including the Hutts.
